The Bay County Republican County Committee was established by the Executive Committee on November 11, 2010, effective February 14, 2011 in order to give the precinct delegates a larger, more direct voice in the affairs of the Bay County G.O.P.  It consists of all the precinct delegates elected in August 2010 and those elevated at subsequent county conventions, as well as the statutory members of the Executive Committee.  The officers of the Executive Committee are also the officers of the County Committee.

The County Committee will meet quarterly instead of the Executive Committee.
